The Beach Club is now taking reservations for our 1- to 4-bedroom, private rental villas: Villas Romantica, Vista, and Alegre, and our 1-bedroom “Beachhouse.” Rates below are per Villa per night, including house man, daily housekeeping (excluding Sunday) and Beach Club facilities and services. Rates do not include 18% Mexican IVA tax and additional services such as spa treatments, on-call chefs, and your personal grocery shopper.

Villas Romantica & Alegre have 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, and will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Villa Vista has 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Arrangements can be made for up to 2 more guests, at an additional charge.

Villa Romantica is also available as a 2-bedroom rental. Please inquire.

Rates are per night/per villa, 4 night minimum. There is a 7 night minimum for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s.

Reservation Policy

Reservation is confirmed upon the receipt of a 50% deposit. The balance, plus a $1,500 security deposit, is due 60 days prior to arrival. The security deposit is refundable, providing there is no damage or long distance phone calls during the guests’ stay.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation prior to 120 days: 80% of deposit is refundable. Prior to 90 days: 40% of deposit is refundable. After 90 days, no refund, unless the Villa is rebooked for the EXACT period and occupancy rate cancelled, less a $200 handling fee. Bookings for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s are non-refundable.

The Staff

The Puerto Vallarta Beach Club staff is charming, well-trained and eager to please. Their desire is to see the guests have a wonderful stay. Tipping the house man and beach attendant is customary.

Food and Beverage

Your Villa can be stocked according to your personal preferences in advance. All shopping is done by our staff on an “at cost” basis + a nominal 10% shopping fee (minimum fee $15 US). For those who like to cook and prefer their privacy, there is an exceptionally well-equipped gourmet kitchen. Those preferring to have meals prepared can choose from a variety of guest chef options, available through the concierge, or arranged in advance through our reservations office. Options vary from traditional Mexican cooks to gourmet chefs, and menus are available. Guest chef fees apply, and shopping is “at cost” plus 10% shopping fee. For dining out, there is a delightful selection of fun and fine restaurants, just a 3 minute walk down to the beach. For those interested in a private lunch, dinner, or catered event on the sand, please contact your agent or our reservations office.

Air Conditioning

All Villas, Club facility, and the fitness center are air-conditioned.

Water

Each Villa has a state-of-the-art water purification system.

Electricity

All electric receptacles are U.S. standard 110-115 AC.

Additional Information

An informative information pack, with answers to most questions from arriving guests, such as “what to wear.” “what to bring,” etc., will be sent to the guests 30 days prior to arrival.

For those interested in additional accommodations of eight to twelve bedrooms, we currently offer the Villa Verano, the famed private beach front estate, adjacent to the Beach Club.

Perched on the beach in Conchas Chinas, the most elite residential section of Puerto Vallarta, the Villa is walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and night life, and only 17 minutes from the airport—no rental car needed.

Commanding spectacular views of Puerto Vallarta, its beaches, and the tranquil Bay of Banderas, the Villa is available for group Vacations, and has hosted many repeat Family Reunions, spectacular Weddings, and successful Business Retreats. Some of our guests are returning for their 18th year.

The Beachhouse offers a full complement of services, including on-call chefs, on-site spa services, and your own private grocery shopper.
